FOH Team Member

We are seeking experienced FOH Staff for Miznon. These are a part or full time, hourly positions with an ASAP start date, location TBD.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly and politely communicate with guests; engage management for any guest issue or complaint
• Manage reservation system on Resy and POS system on Toast
• Rotate between all FOH positions (cash register, serving, bussing, etc.)

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience in a high volume environment
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Must be professional, enthusiastic, and excited about our food, our brand and our story
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere, which is crucial to the experience at Miznon

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
